Review Reactivation is service where we build an automated system to reach out to your former customers to ask them to submit a review, which often includes some sort of incentive to thank them for their time. For example: “To thank you for your time in leaving a review, we will donate a meal to Feeding America on your behalf.” Review Reactivation can be done as a one-time service if you do not wish to pay for ongoing monthly reputation management to get reviews for your business. However, because this is a one-time service and does not offer ongoing automated review requests and replies, let alone protection—we highly recommend our Ai Reputation Management service that includes Review Reactivation at the start of your subscription.

We automate the process of requesting, responding, and repurposing Google reviews for your business. Once a sale or deal is completed, we send a personalized image and message via text/email with your customer’s name on it asking them to leave a review via a link. This link leads them to a review page where they leave a generic rating for your business before leaving their actual rating and comments on Google. This acts as a buffer to encourage those who would rank your business high to leave a permanent review, while offering a mechanism for a customer to rate you low without damaging your online reputation. Of course, legally, someone can always leave a review directly on Google and bypass this step (see other FAQ on how this is handled). Once a customer leaves a review on Google, our Ai system automatically replies in a courteous and appropriate manner based on their actual comments. Finally, we repurpose all your 5-star reviews into a social media post for you!

We are always open about our pricing so there are no hidden fees or surprise costs. Sending customers texts and emails incurs fees that are expenses that we do not make money on. We simply rebill those low-cost fees to you every month, which typically averages around $5/month for most of our clients, depending on the volume of customers. In addition, if you wish to maximize your response to review requests by using text messages, we will need to purchase a separate phone number. For a local number, it’s about $1.50. For a toll-free number, it’s about $2.50. There is also a fee to have this number A2P verified that ranges from $20-25/per application. Depending on if you have an EIN and how long you’ve been in business, this can take anywhere from a few days or weeks. Things like phone numbers and verification are minor expenses that we simply invoice you for as part of your onboarding process.

We take negative reviews very seriously by acting on your behalf with a proactive and professional response to do everything we can to make things right. You will also be notified when a negative review is received. That said, in our experience, negative reviews are rare given the Ai Reputation Management system. Plus, our goal is to get you a large number of highly rated reviews (4 to 5 stars) that only grows month-to-month. The advantage of doing this is, once you have this—any occasional bad reviews that happen to be left do not affect or lower your average ranking. Which is another reason you want our ongoing Ai Reputation Management that will help you get to this point where negative have no real or permanent effect.

If you use the CRM we provide for you—depending on demand, set up takes about 1 week once we have everything we need from you. If you require integration with a 3rd-party CRM—it usually takes 1-2 weeks.

We process your credit card in the amount of the monthly subscription fee to establish your account, but your card will not be charged until the end of the trial period. During this period, your Ai Reputation Management system is set up and starts with Review Reactivation. You may cancel your Ai Reputation Management subscription before the trial period and your card will not be charged. Additionally, you may cancel at any time after the trial period to prevent further charges to your credit card.

The monthly fee is $297. However, you can save substantial money by choosing one of our bundles or packages.

Once we receive the onboarding form, we schedule a discovery-call within 1-3 days to collect additional information your business and determine what type of setup and/or integration is required. Based on that conversation and the complexity of your business needs, you will be told during that call if a separate setup fee is required and the exact cost. Setup fees generally range from $0 to $500. At that point, you may choose to cancel your subscription before the trial period ends and be charged nothing, or you may choose to continue the onboarding process. If a setup fee is required, you will be sent a payment link. Once payment is received and we all the items we need from you, work will begin on creating your Ai Reputation Management system and setting up an initial Review Reactivation.
