Last Updated: January 21, 2026. Welcome to BizBoost LLC. By accessing or using our website at https://bizboostit.com and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Agreement ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to or otherwise using any services, software, or features offered by BizBoost LLC (“BizBoost”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you (“you” or “Customer”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. ServicesBizBoost
provides business automation, digital marketing tools, and other AI-powered services. Specific terms and features related to each service may be described in separate agreements or on our website.

3. Fees and Payment

All services are subject to applicable fees as listed on our website or in your custom service agreement.Some services may include a one-time setup fee.Monthly or annual subscription charges will be billed in accordance with the selected plan.

4. Cancellation Policy and Early Termination Fee
Customers who do not pay a setup fee for any BizBoost service agree to the following condition:If a customer cancels or terminates their subscription within the first twelve (12) months of activation, a $500 early termination fee will apply.This fee is intended to cover administrative, onboarding, and resource allocation costs incurred by BizBoost LLC at the outset of the service.

BizBoost LLC retains the legal right to collect this cancellation fee and may pursue appropriate action to do so, if necessary. This clause does not apply to customers who have paid the designated setup fee for their selected service(s).

5. Additional Usage Fees
In addition to your standard subscription fees, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for additional charges incurred through your use of BizBoost LLC's AI tools, automation features, and communication services. These may include, but are not limited to: Phone Number Purchases & Verification Fees. Charges related to the acquisition and verification of virtual or physical phone numbers used within the BizBoost platform. Domain Name Purchases Fees incurred for the registration and use of custom domain names for websites, funnels, or email configurations. AI & Communication Usage Fees. Charges related to communication features and AI automation, including: Voice calls (inbound and outbound) – billed per minute. SMS (inbound and outbound) – billed per message. Additional usage of AI services beyond the plan allowance. Call tracking, voicemail drops, and any add-on communication tools. You agree that these charges may be automatically billed to the payment method on file as they are incurred. Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Modifications
BizBoost reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes your acceptance of any revised terms.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software associated with BizBoost’s services remain the property of BizBoost LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability
BizBoost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

10. Communication

A. BizBoost LLC messages are strictly informational and conversational, including appointment confirmations, rescheduling requests, service updates, and follow-up communication. All messages include opt-out instructions, and no promotional or cold messaging is sent.

B. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

C. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected].

D. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

E. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
